Recharge shows us the history of the hawthorn and the changing of landscapes within our country sides with the disappearing of this bush. Since January 2017 Atelier Veldwerk tries to examine the existing qualities of an estate in North-Holland, where the midland hawthorn was found, an indigenous but very rare plant.
It is an attempt to recharge the landscape by replanting this botanic jewel. Recharging mentally and physically to focus on the conscious process that will be sustainable visible in the landscape.
